Exchange Policy

Heaven Sent Hair Supply will gladly offer store credit within 7 business days of your tracking number delivery date. The product must be returned in the same condition and original packaging you received them in.

Virgin human hair extensions, closures, ponytails, clip-ins, and frontals are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, as a precaution, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened wefts, clip ins, ponytails, closures, frontals or texture samples.

• Refunds are store credit only.
All purchases made during Sales are final.
• We do not refund shipping costs, custom fees, taxes or duties.
• Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis.

What does “returned in the same condition” mean?
This means the hair extensions:

✓ Hair has NOT been washed, conditioned, bleached, colored, or installed.
✓ Ties have NOT been cut and the hang tag is attached.

I purchased the wrong length/texture! Can I exchange it?
We all make mistakes. However, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. Instead, we welcome you to return your items in accordance to our Return Policy. Receive a store credit and repurchase the items in your desired length and/or texture with your store credit. To get a Return Authorization Number, email us directly.

What happens if my package is returned to Heaven Sent Hair Supply?
If your package is returned to us marked/due to any of the below reasons (and others), we will issue a store credit.

• Wrong Address
• Not picked up from post office
• Undeliverable
